How Register A Company works?

1. Complete our “Company Formation” Questionnaire

Simply fill out all the fields in our form and click submit – its just general information Companies House needs in order to process your formation smoothly and without any problems. If you do get stuck on this at all, just give us an email or a phone call, and one of our advisors will be on hand to help you out.

2. Payment

Simply pay the fee’s due using your credit / debit card.  As soon as your payment is cleared, we electronically send your details to Companies House who process the information immediately. Within a few hours, your company will be registered and ready to start trading.

3. Sit Back

Yes, seriously! All the hard work is done now, and you can sit back and wait.Companies House will email us back confirming your company has been created, and we will send you, electronically, your official documents. It could not be easier – and quite possibly, it could not be quicker either!

From starting the Company Formation questionnaire to getting the documents back in your inbox usually takes between 2-3 hours maximum.
